The company delivers advanced digital solutions for high-tech enterprises, AI-driven organizations,  and fast-growing startups, with a focus on cloud development, data platforms, and business automation.

Challenge

As the company expanded, its planning and reporting processes became siloed and inconsistent across departments. Sales, workforce, project, and cost planning were managed separately, often with limited integration and manual effort.
