Customer

The customer is a major pharmaceutical distributor and manufacturer with over 26 years of experience, more than 7,000 products, and 14 high-tech branches. Operating under international standards (ISO, GDP, GMP), the company also manages in-house manufacturing and offers a full range of services, including product registration, quality control, and marketing support.

Challenge

Before the project, the company relied on legacy reporting tools that were slow, unintegrated, and required a great deal of manual work. This made it difficult to access up-to-date sales, inventory, and financial data – increasing the risk of stockouts and operational inefficiencies.

Additionally, the company wanted to provide its suppliers with self-service analytics while ensuring that management had a consolidated view of business performance across all key functions.
